“Somebody That I Use To Know” by Gotye is the only Indie song they play on the local radio station… Now I know why people get annoyed when Indie hits mainstream. It’s nice to hear the music you enjoy being played live on air…Like the first time you hear it you think “OMGosh, That’s an Indie song I like” …
*I don’t know why but I said that like a high pitch valley girl in my head*
…. but then the radio takes it and runs with it and plays it every hour on the hour for 5 months.
…I still like the song though, It’s still fun to sing along, but it is starting to get tiresome… C’mon DJ’s …At least get some more Indie songs and mix em in!… How about some Absofacto…?
